HOSTING POLICIES


Rates include breakfast, internet wi-fi, thermal pool, Centromar Kids room, games room and mini kitchen (hot water machine, microwave and sink) in the mezzanine, for common use by guests. Payment method: 50% in advance via deposit or card and remaining balance at check-in, or the total amount in 12 installments on the interest-free card at time of booking, by sending the debit card authorization.


The reservation is only guaranteed by sending the deposit slip and the booking confirmation sent by the hotel.

Outdoor parking (indicated by the hotel, payment is payable by the customer);
01 child from 0 to 8 years old is free, provided they are accompanied by at least two paying adults and share a bed. Children 9 years and older, full payment.

  • COMPLYING WITH ARTICLE 82 OF THE CHILD AND ADOLESCENT STATUTE

    Which provides for the prohibition of the accommodation of minors in hotels, motels, pensions or similar establishments, we request that, for your comfort and convenience, that the rules adopted by the hotel are observed, without which, we reserve the right not to accept the accommodation of the smaller."

  • MINORS ACCOMPANIED BY THE PARENTS

    Proof of paternity is mandatory by presenting the original document of the minor and the original document of the parents or legal guardians (holder of the Judicial Guard);

  • MINORS ACCOMPANIED BY THIRD PARTIES/RELATIVES (NOT LEGAL RESPONSIBLE

    It is mandatory to present the original documentation of the accompanying person and the minor, in addition to the written authorization, with notarized signature of the minor's parents and a copy of the parent's documents, giving the specific authorization for the accompanying person;

"For clarification, the Statute of Children and Adolescents also provides in its article 83, which provides for authorization to travel, which should not be confused with article 82 mentioned above."

WITHDRAWAL POLICY


If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation, the customer must notify Centromar Hotel in writing (reservas@centromarhotel.com.br), and cancellation or change will not be accepted by telephone. In accordance with legal determinations in general and, in particular, with the provisions of Embratur's Normative Deliberation No. 161/95, the cancellation or amendment will be subject to the collection of fees and fines according to the conditions below:

  • LOW SEASON (APRIL TO NOVEMBER)

    Up to 10 Days: 100% refund deposited(*);

  • HIGH SEASON (DECEMBER TO MARCH):

    Up to 20 Days: 100% refund of the deposit(*);

  • SPECIAL PACKAGES (CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S Eve, CARNIVAL, EASTER, ETC):

    Up to 30 Days: 100% refund of the deposited amount (*);

(*) The amounts to be refunded will be credited to the account informed by the person responsible for the reservation, within a maximum period of 15 working days, and deducted from bank fees ref. the transfer of values.
(**) When there are changes in the booking date, with a difference in the rate, these will be charged at the time of the new booking.
(***) The choice between refund or credit, when applicable, must take place at the time of requesting the cancellation and cannot be changed later.

Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show"
Failure to appear, without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date will be considered “no show”. The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be canceled with 100% retention of the amount paid. In case of no show guarantee by credit card, the amount corresponding to the deposit requested at the time of booking will be charged.

Withdrawal after entry
The withdrawal of stay after entry or withdrawal of any service included in the package, will not be entitled to any refund, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package. Also, early departure will not be entitled to a cash refund or credit for new nights.
